Attorneys’ Partnership “IMPartners” (formerly – Law Company “Partner”) was founded in 2000 and unites a team of professionals who carry out effective and consistent legal activity both at the Ukrainian and at the international level by providing comprehensive legal aid primarily to entities that carry out economic activity. The lawyers of our association, in addition to Ukrainian, are proficient in English, German, Polish, Italian and Spanish.
The main priorities of the activity of the Attorneys’ Partnership are the provision of legal services in the field of economic (commercial) law, corporate law and M&A, investment, tax, customs, municipal, private international law, intellectual property law. The specialists of the Attorneys’ Partnership provide effective legal services also in other fields of law.
Attorneys’ Partnership “IMPartners” provides legal support to foreign investments, and also closely cooperates with legal, consulting companies and Attorneys’ Partnerships of Poland, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Germany, the USA, Canada, Slovakia.
Our Attorneys’ Partnership provides legal aid to local self-government bodies, providing support in the implementation of various infrastructure projects.
Throughout all its activity, Attorneys’ Partnership “IMPartners” has been taking an active part in various social initiatives. We help in holding cultural events, provide support to sports and religious organizations.
